Estimated delivery time is in BUSINESS DAYS and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders take at least one business day to process before shipping.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.
Tree Lotion products ship from California US. If you received only part of your order, we will send you tracking information for the remainder of the items in your order when they ship.

Any order over $1,000 will require a signature at delivery. ( Wholesale orders may be delivered by freight )
If your product was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt.
The way to create a Return:
To return an item, simply email info@treelotion.com or call 831-420-7129 and request a pre-paid shipping return tag. Credit card orders will be reimbursed to the card used for the most recent purchase of each specific item. Interest must be received within 10 days of pre-paid shipping yield request or within 90 days of original item order date, whichever is first.
